*Personality;
Regario is, overall, a very mysterious figure that is hard to make out. He is known to show up all over the place, and, like a crow; he comes, he squaks, and then, he leaves without a feather behind. As a first impression, he shows to be very sarcastic and jokes about all sorts of mannors. He's very skilled at hiding his feelings and is known for his skills as a liar. He's not much of a womanizer, but he tends to call most women names like 'sweety' and 'babe', depending on his relation with them. It is un-noticeable, because of his thick clothes, but Regario is extremely thin. This being because he's on the move a lot and eats very little.

*History;
As a child, Regario was very heartwarming and close to friends and family. All his life, he had a real skill for computers and solving mysteries. When he was entering highschool, he quickly caught on to computer language and was a wiz at forensics. As well, he always kept himself in great physical condition. In college, he mastered in Computer Programming and Forensics. For several years of his life, Regario worked on the force, stopping criminals all over creation. Quickly, at the age of 25, he was promoted and began working as a detective. Soon, his work had gone down the drain, as the world was being over-ruled by the Galerians, and he focused himself on a new source; Dorothy.

He was the one who created the virus that had destroyed Dorothy. He gave it to Dr. Steiner. But it was to his knowledge that more Galerians were popping out of hospitals, research centers, and god-knows where else. So, he continued creating viruses that would delete them. He turned these viruses into liquid and plasma forms and placed them in syringes, where he could easily inject a Galerian. His new job was to destroy every single one of them. With his skills earned from training to become a cop, he was able to destroy many Galerians without getting killed. Although, he has come close to it many times. His dream is to wipe Galerians off the face of the earth.
